You can cancel a request without charge until an eligible professional accepts it.
After acceptance
Cancellation options and any applicable fee will be shown in My Bookings before you confirm a cancellation. Support can assist with exceptional cases.
Refunds
Where a payment has been collected, eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method after verification. Exact timelines and policy rules must be published before production launch.
